Glad that I took this program which do remind me a lot of basic things that I forgot during practice. I feel much connected with my body thatβs the purpose of yoga, it should be more inward. I started thisΒ programΒ as a refresher of 200-hour YTT from a couple of years ago. This was exactly what I needed. It feels like a condensed version of the practice modules from YTT, and I love that it starts from the basics. Iβm recalling bits and pieces from YTT regarding basic engagement cues and rebuilding awareness from the ground up. Iβm starting to re-engage those finer muscles that offer stability in basic poses.

My biggest takeaway has been hand placements. I have never heard instructors talk about these but my goodness, what a difference it makes to the whole experience!
In addition, I have really enjoyed having a deeper understanding of yoga and not just going through the motions. Now Iβm am thinking about every foot placement, hand placement, and itβs opened up another level of the practice.
