This training is designed for all practice levels. You do not need to be able to perform advanced poses, arm balances, or inversions to enroll in this training.

METHODOLOGY
The Aligned Yoga Method
To provide you with the flexibility to train at your own pace while maintaining the highest quality of experience, our curriculum combines several mediums across written materials, video lectures, live sessions, and complimentary one-year access to Alo Moves.
Accountability towards certification includes live Q&As, a personal practice log, and quick understanding checks at the end of each day to help cement what you have learned. To showcase your achievements, each module culminates in its own final practicum.
Become an
Aligned Yoga Teacher
Graduates who complete all module requirements will receive 200-hr Aligned Yoga certification.
*Yoga Alliance is accepting online training programs due to covid-19 until December 31, 2023. Complete all training requirements within your one-year access for dual certification from both Aligned Yoga and Yoga Alliance.
