Yoga with Briohny | Fifth Series: Arm Balance Strong

These practices are designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence in your practice — whether you’re working toward something new or refining what’s already there.

Each class ranges from 30 to 40 minutes and combines strong, dynamic flows with focused strength work to develop upper body and core strength, improve coordination, and support more controlled, intentional movement.

You’ll move with purpose, challenge yourself in a sustainable way, and build awareness in how you engage and support your body. Each class stands on its own, while helping you create steady progress you can feel — both in and beyond your practice.
