Our 300-hour curriculum is composed of six key threads: The Practice, The Asana, The Mind, The Tradition, The Business, and The Mentorship. Expect multiple daily practices and lectures, running from 7am-7pm. We typically schedule one day off per week.
Morning Practice (Alternating Teachers)
Our daily morning practices focus on embodying the student within us once again. Many yogis who dedicate their lives to teaching do not find sufficient time to practice. Our morning practices create a safe and fun platform to reconnect with the practice through strong vinyasa sequences, inversions, arm balances, pranayama, and kirtan. Heighten the mind-body connection, deepen the breath, and find balance between strength and flexibility. Expect to sweat profusely while cultivating a spirit of lighthearted play through pranayama, creative sequencing, arm balances, and inversions.
Evening Practice (Alternating Teachers)
Enjoy evening practices varying between strong vinyasa flows, inversion and arm balance clinics, yin, restorative yoga, acro yoga, Thai massage, adjustment clinics, meditation, and practice teaching.
Inversion and Arm Balance Clinics (Alternating Teachers)
Inversions and arm balances challenge us in both our practice and our teachings. As a student, learn how to build and advance your practice from where you are. As a teacher, learn tools and techniques to empower yourself and your students towards a safe and fun upside-down practice. Build the tools from any level of practice to understand the journey towards these advanced postures. Learn interactive strength and flexibility exercises, partner inversion work, and independent wall and prop use. Cultivate confidence in guiding your future students into these postures through creative sequencing, safe spotting, hands-on adjustments, and efficient verbal cues.
Acrovinyasa™️ (Led by Claudine and Honza)
Acrovinyasa and partner yoga are great ways to cultivate community, build trust, and strengthen communication. Apply this practice to break the ice, warm the mind-body connection, and generate quick camaraderie.
Alignment (Led by Bri)
The yoga world is filled with alignment cues and belief systems which often contradict one another. Demystify the reasons behind the cues. In our asana and alignment lectures, dive deeply into individual postures, learn common misalignments, study the functions of the muscles, discuss key contraindications, and practice effective cueing. We are passionate about helping trainees understand why we say what we say. Lectures focus on developing a deeper understanding of the benefits and functions of asanas to aid you as a teacher in honing your own voice.
Assists and Adjustments (Alternating Teachers)
Adjustments are a valuable instrument of communication for teachers and a key way for students to learn correct engagement, yet many teachers fear providing adjustments. Gain knowledge and build confidence. Practice safe and effective assists, hands-on adjustments, modification tools tailored to different bodies, and injury prevention. Learn the right customizations to approach adjustments with knowledge and respect.
Anatomy (Led by Adam)
We teach anatomy focused on functional biomechanics in relation to asanas and common misalignments. Grow a solid understanding of the human body to enhance your knowledge and teaching abilities. Learn anatomy in conjunction with alignment to help you teach your students how to flow safely.
Sequencing (Alternating Teachers)
Practice many branches of modern Vinyasa-based flow, including peak pose sequencing, wave sequencing, and ladder flows.. Expect daily sequencing lectures breaking down morning practices together in detail. Discuss sequence thinking and construction. Build creative modifications in your own voice. Experiment with blending different techniques into your own style. Learn how to sequence for different lengths, levels, and types of classes across workshops, festivals, and private sessions.
Practice Teaching (Alternating Teachers)
Practice teaching is a core part of our curriculum. Expect many opportunities to practice teach and to receive dedicated feedback from lead teachers. Experiment with teaching new cues, sequencing, teaching aids, and adjustments.
Pranamaya (Led by Adam)
Begin each day with group pranayama. Hone breathing techniques to energize the body while calming the mind.
Kirtan (Led by Adam)
Follow group pranayama each morning with kirtan. Build unison in song to greet the sun.
Meditation (Led by Honza)
Learn meditation and mind-stilling techniques. Cultivate a twenty-minute, twice daily meditation practice.
Yoga Psychology (Led by Honza)
Apply the practices of contemplation to self-reflection and understanding the inner workings of the psyche. Practice methods of reshaping habitual behavior which no longer serve. Establish an equanimity of the mind to improve wellbeing.
History and Scripture (Led by Honza)
Yoga tradition spans far beyond the physical. Cover key aspects of history and ancient texts including the Veda, the Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita. Learn basic Sanskrit relating to key concepts and asana.
Philosophy (Led by Honza)
Discover accessible ways to integrate tradition and philosophy into daily practical use. Learn methods of mindfully introducing concepts to your students. Live your dharma.
Myths of the Asanas (Led by Claudine)
Discover the storied history behind the physical poses. Feel the flow of these tales through the mind and soul as we embody the shapes in our practice.
Accelerating Your Career (Led by Bri)
Yoga as a business and industry has grown exponentially over the past ten years. What was once an industry with limited outreach now has opportunities for entrepreneurs, teachers, clothing designers, management consultants, online personalities, healers, therapists, world travelers, and more. Topics include owning and operating a studio, specialized workshops and festivals, travel teaching, creating yoga products, and producing online content. Gain a modern understanding of the global landscape. Advance beyond the cycle of overcommitting to high-volume, low-impact work. Align your strengths and passions, hone your path, and create a plan for success.
Do What You Love, Love What You Do (Led by Bri)
As we invest our time, energy, and resources into doing what we love, it is key to ensure that we’re appreciated, compensated, and create stability to always love what we do. Discover the connection between how we value ourselves and how that is reflected in our work. Explore personal and professional exercises designed to clarify your strengths and help you position yourself as an expert. Develop the confidence and awareness to accelerate your career while creating the impact that you care about.
Branding Your Passion (Led by Bri)

Learn to overcome fears and embrace social media as a space for creating connections. Build a supportive community, locally and beyond, through honing your authentic voice. Dedicated topics cover social media statistics, branding your strengths, and organizational tools.
Mentorship Circles (Alternating Teachers)
Discover dedicated time with each teacher in smaller groups. Topics include personal discovery, technical clinics, practice teaching, and more. Expect to learn as much from your facilitator as you will from your fellow trainees.
Growing Your Network
Learn just as much from your teachers as from your fellow trainees from all over the world. Past trainees have included studio owners, event organizers, resort managers, content media experts, podcast hosts, doctorate candidates of yoga philosophy, and more.
